Utility Bills- You can ask your tenant for part of utility bills if you pay the utility bills for the entire house.
3. Evict your lodger.
The way you share your home with a lodger affects what kind of tenancy they have. This turn affects their rights and how you can end the tenancy. If you share some living spaces with your lodger, you can just give them a reasonable notice to end the letting. On the other hand, if you don't share any living spaces with your lodger, you can get a court order to evict them.
